Terms of use

1. INDB shows headlines, short descriptions and links published by news outlets in their feeds. They belong to those outlets. Follow the link to read the article on the outlet's site.
2. Lean, reliability and other ratings are opinions about outlets, with their sources listed. They are not statements of fact about any article.
3. Summaries are written automatically and can contain mistakes. Check the original reporting before you rely on them.
4. You can use the public API and RSS feeds for personal and non-commercial projects if you link back to INDB. Do not resell the data or overload the service.
5. Your NEMICO account is covered by the NEMICO terms. Do not use INDB to harass anyone or to break the law.
6. INDB is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and online but cannot promise it always will be.
7. Outlets that want their feed removed, or a rating reviewed, can write to us through the contact page.
