<p>Police are investigating following the death of a newborn whose teen mother gave gave birth at a Far South Side school Wednesday afternoon in the Riverdale neighborhood.</p><p>The 15-year-old girl gave birth around 3 p.m. Wednesday at Aldridge Elementary School, 630 E. 131st St., where the baby was pronounced dead, according to Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner's office. </p><p>The teen was taken to Comer Children's Hospital where she was in good condition, police said. </p><p>Chicago Public Schools have not yet responded to a request for comment. </p><p>Area 2 detectives…
